| Julia Knapp was born in Mt.Olive, North
Carolina. Her family moved to Shelby County in 1973-where she grew up
and resided until moving to Macon County in 2002. She received her
Associates Degree at MACC and completed her Undergraduate and Graduate
Degree in 2001. Julia is board certified in Advanced Nursing
Practice-Family Practice. She joined Dr. Wood and McDowell in October
2001. She has been with Total Family Health since February 2003, and on
Samaritan's Allied Staff since 2001. |

| Dr. Maddox was born in Kirksville and
lived in various Missouri towns, as well as Kentucky and Mississippi
during his childhood. Dr. Maddox attended Northeast Missouri State
University (now Truman State University) and received his Doctor of Optometry
degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1978. He practiced in
Auroa, MO before moving to Macon in 1979. Dr. Maddox has been on the
Allied Staff since 1999. |

| Nola Moore is from Moberly, and has lived
in the Jacksonville area for the past 11 years. She attended
undergraduate school at Northeast Missouri State In Kirksville,
graduating in 1994, received her Masters Degree from the University of
Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She is Board Certified with ANCC as a Nurse
Practitioner, member of National Association of Orthopedic Nurses (NAON)
and Missouri Coalition of Nursing Advanced Practitioners (MCNAP). She
joined our Allied Staff in 2002. |
