grew up in Moberly, Missouri. He graduated from Washington University,
St. Louis in 1983 with a B.A. in Biology. In 1988, he graduated from
Washington University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery
residency in 1993 from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Dr.
Bautista is Board Certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons. He has been on our active staff since

received both his premedical and medical education from Far Eastern
University. In 1966, he completed an internship at Deaconess Hospital in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Bautista's general surgery residency was from
1966-1971 in St. Louis at Deaconess Hospital, St. Louis County Hospital,
and Christian Hospital. He joined our active staff in 1975. |

Chief Resident of Family & Community Medicine. She is an active
member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of
