work with other members of the healthcare team to insure the right
medications are administered to the patients in the correct dosages. All
medications are accurately and safely prepared, dispensed and administered
throughout the hospital. The Pharmacy prepares medications for chemotherapy
and outpatient IV antibiotic therapy. |
