GENERAL HOSPITAL INFORMATION
Balloons—Due to Latex Allergies, only Latex Free Balloons are permitted in the hospital.
CHAPEL For the spiritual needs of our patients and visitors, a chapel is located inside the main entrance across from reception.
DINING Located on the first floor, hours for the public are 7:30 am—6:00 pm. Coffee, tea and lemonade are available.
Meals are served: Breakfast 7:30 to 8:00 am Lunch 11:45 am to 1:00 pm Dinner 5:30 to 6:00 pm
GIFT SHOP The Auxiliary operates a gift shop in the main lobby.
OUTPATIENT When having outpatient surgery, you may require procedures prior to the surgery. To assure you receive maximum benefits, our staff can assist you with Medicare, Medicaid or insurance and determine your pre-surgery needs. Contact Delores Bragg 660-385-8732.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS It is the responsibility of the patient to provide the hospital with insurance information at the time of service. If you require assistance with financial arrangements, contact the Patients Accounts Manager 660-385-8738.
TELEPHONE Each room has a direct dial telephone. To place a local call, dial “9”, wait for the tone, then dial the number. All long distance calls must be collect calls, calling card or billed to your home number.
TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS Our facilities and campuses are tobacco free for the health and safety of our patients and staff. Please refrain from the use of any tobacco products on any area of our campus.
VENDING MACHINES Are located in the hallway near Registration and also in the break room near the Dining Room.
